On 07/04/2021, Cruz and his family arrived at Universal City Walk around 1100 hours. His family entered the theme parks for the day, while Cruz stayed behind in City Walk. Family last observed Cruz near Red Oven Pizza Bakery around 1200 hours. After a few days of no contact with Cruz, a family member returned to City Walk on 07/08/2021 to file the Missing Person Report. Cruz was last seen wearing a white button-up polo shirt, blue jean pants, red shoes, and a black bracelet. Cruz often goes by the name of “Papicho” and currently resides in Bay Minette, Alabama.
