Cherri Crutchfield

Cherri was reported missing on 02/12/23 after she left her facility. She was located at USC-MC now known as LA General Hospital a couple days later. According to LA General, she was released to The Alvarado Care home. This home advised that Cherri has not been there since 2021. Dept resources reflect she Cherri was at the El Dorado Townhouse. Staff advised that the she did not return to their facility after she was reported missing in 2023.
