Reginald Tappan was reported missing by family members. He was last known to be in Medford or Central Point in Oregon in July 2010. He was last known to be living in his vehicle prior to be reported as missing. Some time after he was reported missing, his vehicle was located abandoned in California. Medford Police case 21-6363.
