At approximately 6:30 PM on October 24, 2023, Truong An Dang was last seen on the center of Tacoma Narrows Bridge. His car was found abandoned on the bridge shoulder at 6:38 PM, with the engine off, keys still in ignition, and emergency lights not activated. No sandals were found on the bridge.
