Summary
On February 3, 2025, Wayne Miller borrowed a car from a family member to run some errands. Miller does not return home and cannot be reached by phone by family members. Family members report Miller as missing on February 4, 2025, to deputies with Panola County Sheriff's Office. Officers attempt to contact Miller as well as locate him without success. Miller is reported to have been going to Memphis, TN the day he borrows the car. Officers again attempt to contact Miller and use location data gained to determine a tentative location for him off of East Holmes Road Memphis, TN. Family members go to Memphis and search the area along with Memphis PD authorities, finding the car Miller had been in. The car is abandoned at a local park in Memphis.
