Richard Powell

Mr. Powell was seen on video Surveillance leaving his shop in the 500 block of Virginia St. In New Madrid. Powell was driving a dark gray 2003 Chevy Extended Cab Silverado with a dent in the bed behind the cab on the drivers side. At 2:36 p.m. Powell was seen on Surveillance video traveling north on Main Street. At approximately 2:44 p.m. Powell was seen west bound on State Highway W going toward Kewanee, Mo.
