Summary
Victor was last seen by his live in girlfriend at their residence at 116 W F St in Turlock on July 26, 2023. He was captured on video surveillance leaving the property in his black 2011 Lincoln MKZ bearing California license plate 9BWN399. License plate reader (LPR) cameras in Livingston, California, Merced County captured Victor's vehicle coming and going in and around the city from July 16, 2023 through July 27, 2023. The reporting party (RP) had access to track two (2) Apple AirTags Victor had activated. One of the AirTags attached to his keys last pinged in Merced County on July 27, 2023. The other attached to his cell phone last pinged at a truck stop in Kingman Arizona on July 28, 2023. A friend of Victor's shared a cell phone video of Victor's vehicle parked, unoccupied, with the windows down on what appeared to be a rural property, taken sometime between July 26th and July 28th. This property was later identified and located in Merced County. On August 3, 2023 Victor's vehicle was located in an orchard on W Dickenson Ferry Rd in Merced, California, Merced County. The vehicle had been set on fire and had little remaining evidence. It was determined there were no human remain
