Arthur Allen

On 8-16-1972, Arthur ALLEN and his friend, Moses KAHIAPO (MP132889), failed to return from a fishing trip, and both have not been seen or heard from since. ALLEN and KAHIAPO launched their 17' boat from the Heeia Kea Pier in Kaneohe, and planned to troll for aku 15-20 miles offshore. An extensive search was conducted, and on 10-3-1972, the United States Coast Guard recovered their abandoned boat at sea.
