Was last seen by his wife, Penny at their residence in Kelseyville, CA. April 30, 2020. They had an argument, he told her he was leaving and left in their motorhome. She claimed to have received a text message from him on 5/1/20. The motorhome was found on Sierra Pacific property off of Mountain View Drive in Burney and was retrieved by the wife 5/5/20. She stated she found all of Jeffrey's clothing, personnel items were missing and he had left his cell phone behind. Shasta County Deputies observed Monticello near the Fort Crook Museum in Fall River Mills 5/2/20.
