Edward Kozar

Kozar left Mercy Medical Center in Redding, CA on July 16, 2020. A doctor later saw Kozar seated in an outside chair near the hospital and stopped to speak with him. Kozar refused to return to the hospital and was provided a bottle of water. There has been no contact since this date.
