On 6/02/2023, at 02:56 hours, Farmington Police Officer attempted to contact Velma Pinto along Berg Park Riverwalk. Farmington Police Officer observed Velma Pinto running towards Animas River and reportedly Velma jumped into the river. A search party checked Animas/ San Juan River however Velma was not located in the search. River was flowing fast and high.
