Mihai Boiciuc

Mihai Boiciuc was last known to be taking a walk on Lincoln Avenue in Riverside, CA at 0600 hours on the morning of 3/2/1999. He took his medication with him. He was frequently treated at Loma Linda Hospital for medical needs, but family checked the hospital after his disappearance and Boiciuc was not located. Law enforcement also checked the strip malls in the area of the victim's home, but he was not located. A nurse said she saw him walking on 3/2/1999 at 0830 hours near 6th/Hill in Los Angeles. His family in Ukraine have also not heard from him since.
