Ralph's last known location was approximately 4 P.M. on Highway 321 walking. Ralph is not known to walk anywhere he normally drives. All of his vehicles are still at his residence on August 1, 2024. According to video surveillance it appears Ralph was last wearing blue jean shorts, and a camo shirt with cut sleeves.
