Ms. Brown was last seen wearing gray jogging pants, a sleeveless pink blouse & black du-rag on her head. Ms. Brown has tattoos on her left arm: “Alexus” and “Zariah”. A Critically Missing Adult Alert was issued by Virginia State Police on December 4, 2023.
