Robin had an argument with his wife on 2-2-2008, left the home and has not been heard from since. His cellphone and wallet (containing credit cards and driver's license) were left at the home. On 2-3-2008, Robin's Bayliner Cabin Cruiser washed up, unattended, on the west side of Lummi Island just south (1/2 mile) of Point Maglee. The boat had 1/2 tank of fuel, fuel in the line to the motor (including the filter), and enough battery power to lift the stern drive. Robin's truck was later found at Birch Bay Village Marina with the doors unlocked and the key in the ignition. No evidence of foul play, notes, or other evidence of interest were found in the truck. Robin was a frequent customer at Pacific Building Center and had purchased two concrete pier blocks with galvanized saddles on the morning of 2-2-08. One of these blocks was recovered on the deck of the boat.
