On 10/22/2022, Justin's mother reported Justin missing out of Wheeling IL. The last time any family member had contact with him was on 10/05/2021 via telephone call. Justin advised he was traveling from Florida through several states and was last known to be in California. He has frequented the Costa Mesa Bridge Shelter in the past. Justin is not known to have any financial support and may be homeless. Orange County Sheriff's Office and Costa Mesa PD have not had contact with the subject since 2021. Subject is entered into LEADS as a Missing Person.
