Joshua C. Reed was last seen in the area of Gallatin Street near Capitol Street in Jackson, Mississippi. Mr. Reed last made contact with his family in early February of 2023 and was doing fine. Family has been trying to contact Mr. Reed every since and has not been able to locate him.
