Phillip Bailey was visiting Oahu with his brothers from Utah. Phillip and one of his brothers went snorkeling at Sharks Cove in Haleiwa. After about 30 minutes, Phillip and his brother decided to return to shore however, Phillip never made it out of the water. An extensive three day search was conducted, and produced negative results.
