Family last heard from him on 4/27/21 via text message. Family member said he gave Fernando a ride to Ridgeway Rd. between DeQueen and Horatio Arkansas where they met a black dodge ram truck with Texas Plates. Angel stated Freddy got into the truck and that was the last time he seen him.
