Gilberto Rubio

Gilberto came to Utah from California and stayed at a hotel in Springville, UT for a night or two. He checked out of that hotel and was thought to have visited either friends or family in Orem. When in Orem, he attempted to leave the residence but was unfit to operate his motor vehicle according to those he was visiting. After they took his keys and would not let him drive. He left the residence on foot and has not been seen or heard from since.
