Summary
The missing went on a fishing trip on 02/16/2019 at approximately 7:30 a.m. and never returned. Law enforcement and fire and rescue were notified on 02/17/2019 and were dispatched to the area where he told his wife he was going fishing. Officers located his vehicle there secured and no kayak was found with the truck. Search and rescue began searching the lake and located his kayak and his hat near the main body of the lake. Several agencies assisted in the search of the lake and the shoreline over the next several days and Mr Moss was never found.
