David Eric Campbell was last seen in New York City, NY (Times Square) on a 'Facebook Live' with his two white pit bulls, Athena and Aspen. David is what many would describe as a transient and lived the 'Drifter' life-style and was homeless for a large portion of his adult life. David would mostly use his middle name "Eric". David has been known to frequent the areas of; Nashville, Tennessee (Possibly 'Hippie Hill'), New York, NY, Texas and Florida. David is from Belmont County (Saint Clairsville/ Martins Ferry) Ohio and would frequently return home after living in the aforementioned states. David did not own a vehicle and would frequently walk and hitch hike with Semi- Truck drivers to travel to certain destinations. Prior to last contact with his friends, David stated that he did not like the cold weather of the North and would likely be travelling west. David has multiple tattoos on his arms neck and arms. These included but are not limited to a "J" with the word "Loyalty" above it tattooed on his neck. A large red and white Coy fish with a red 7 tattooed below it on his leg and a spider tattooed and his left ankle.
