Schulte has been homeless, by his choice, for the majority of his adult life. Schulte usually makes contact with a family member on a yearly basis. The family has not heard from Schulte since 2017 when he called from Texas. Schulte has not been seen or heard from since. Family reports he usually traveled/lived homeless in warm climates such as Texas, Arizona, and Florida.
