David Downes was last known to be living as a transient in Anaheim, CA. He was last seen in December of 2005 by his mother who lived close by. His mother (now deceased) stated in the original report that David made a credit card purchase in Amarillo, Texas several months later. No future purchases were made and his family has not had any contact with him since 2005.
