He then traveled back to north Mexico, in an attempt to cross back into the United States again at a location between La Feria, Cameron County and Progreso, Hidalgo County. According to family members, the last time he attempted to cross into the U.S. was on September 23, 2022 at a location in the vicinity of LAT 26.05817 LONG -97.91725. Family had not disclosed he had been deported on September 21, 2022, two days before his alleged last attempt to cross again into the U.S. from Mexico.
