Kelsey was last seen in the early morning hours of 10/27/21 and was supposed to be traveling on I-81 North from Abingdon, Va. to the Roanoke/Salem, Va. area. She was reportedly in the Dublin, Va. area near I-81 Exit 98 around 3 a.m. on 10/27/21. Kelsey has not been seen or heard from since. Kelsey has ties to Wise County, Va.; Roanoke/Salem, Va.; and Kingsport, Tn. areas.
