Kelly was last known to be in the area of 85 S. Nehalem Street, Clatskanie, Oregon on December 5, 2021. Kelly was last seen leaving the Conestoga Bar at around 11:00 pm but never made it home. He made several phone calls to friends after leaving the bar, but since then he has not been seen or heard from.
