Voluntarily Missing Adult, she left her home taking her phone and wallet. On March 15, 2022, her bank provided information regarding the usage of Balsam's debit card on March 12, 2022 at 1340 hours at Big Cheese restaurant located in New Britain, Connecticut. Video surveillance from Big Cheese restaurant showed a female resembling Balsam on March 12, 2022 at approximately 1340 hours making a purchase of a soda. The female then exited and she began walking North on Arch Street off camera's view. Family believes the female is Balsam. Police and Family searched the area numerous times, but cannot locate Balsam. She has no vehicle, so she has to use public transportation or ride shares or friends for transportation.
