Summary
Shane Sprenger has been missing since Tuesday, Nov 2nd, 2021. On the day of his disappearance, Sprenger, a contractor, was working at a job site near the Blue Sky Market in Blue River, Oregon. By numerous accounts, he returned a short distance to his home in Vida, OR at 10am for a lunch break and hasn't been seen since. His truck was located 2 days later near Blue River Reservoir by the friends and family to see him last and they then reported Sprenger as a missing person the following day on Friday, Nov 5th. It was initially reported that Sprenger was thought to be mushroom hunting but now is believed he intended to return to work to meet with a subcontractor and continue his work as he left his tools plugged in at the site.
