Ms. Luster was last seen in London, Kentucky during the summer of 1982. The daughter, Autumn Luster, contacted KSP wanting to report her missing. She advised she was raised by non-family members since she was 1.5 years old. Once she got older, she realized her mother was possibly missing, and heard rumors she was killed in London, Kentucky.
