LARKINS was last departing his residence at 809 Riverside Ave in Kingsport, Tennessee around Christmas of 1977. Family members reported that he may have been travelling to New Orleans, LA with friends. It is unclear if LARKINS did return from his trip; however, family members report that his brother, Albert "Bud" Larkins (deceased), confessed to killing him at 809 Riverside Ave. The basement of Albert Larkins' residence was searched by the Knoxville Forensic Anthropology Center in 1981 with no success. The whereabouts of LARKINS remain unknown.
