undocumented immigrant crossing from Piedra Negras Mexico to Texas through Rio Bravo we had last chat communication with him in piedra negras on 2/17 he reported he lost his group and he was lost in piedras negras near the river but not locating the river. However, his last phone live location pin was in Eagle pass Texas on Simpson Drive and Evans Drive. I reached out to Border patrol and they state they cannot provide information also I am not locating him in the ICE migrant online search
