William was taken by ambulance to East Liverpool City Hospital in East Liverpool, Ohio. The hospital notified Law Enforcement that William had left the hospital. William was later seen by East Liverpool police on the highway where he jumped a fence and headed towards the riverbank. He has not been seen or heard from since.
