Jacob Riggs was last seen at the Gedney Creek Boat Ramp, on the north shore of the Foster Reservoir, on March 23, 2021 at approximately 4:30 p.m. He had been dropped off by a family member at Jacob's request. Jacob's personal belongings were discovered on the shoreline next to the reservoir later in the evening on March 23rd. He has not been seen or heard from since that day.
