Missing after illegally crossing from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. According to the reporting party, other members of the migrant group told family members that Rafael was dehydrated and complained of severe leg cramps. Family members were provided with coordinates 27.90808 -98.62256 and told Rafael was abandoned at that location. The location is roughly 3 miles south of Hwy. 44 and 19 miles west of Freer, Texas.
