Summary
Vehicle belonging to Eleanor Cannon’s parents was located a Deception Pass Bridge. A passing motorist observed a female wearing short shorts, a hoodie style sweatshirt, and flipflops on the bridge at approximately 0158 hours on 09/16/21. A Deputy responded to the bridge at approximately 0215 and was not able to locate the female. A search of the north and south Deception Pass shoreline was conducted the morning of 09/16/21 after daylight with negative results. On 09/17/21, Detectives hiked the trails looking for any signs of Cannon and this search also met with negative results.
