Summary
Jim left home around 7am on Friday, September 20, 2019. He left the house driving his 2004 Black Chevy Silverado with an orange kayak in the bed of his truck. He was planning on going fishing prior to his 1:30pm doctor’s appointment in Plymouth, IN. At about 2:30pm, he was seen at a gas station in Savannah, Illinois where he used his credit card. He was last seen at approximately 11:30am at Lou's Fish market in Two Harbors, MN on September 21, 2019. His truck was found on September 29th at about 3am at the Twin Points Protected area near Two Harbors, MN. His kayak was not in the truck when they found it. Police reports state the truck looked as it had been abandoned. Fish that he purchased at the Fish Market was uneaten.
