Kevin Payne

On 06/24/20, Mr. Payne was reported missing by a fam ily member, who had not seen him in six (6) weeks. Contact was made with the other occupant's at Payne's residence who stated they had not seen him in 2-4 weeks. Payne's last official contact was 05/28/20. He reportedly left the area for Daytona Beach. There have been reported sightings of Payne in Daytona Beach and Edgewater, but unconfirmed.
