Jack Blazer left his home in North Palm Beach, Florida for a business trip in Sarasota, Florida. Blazer was driving a rented white Ford Tempo (VIN # 2FAPP36XXPB124677) Blazer called his family around 10:00 P.M stating that he was at a truck stop in Lake Placid and that he was going to continue driving to Sarasota. That was the last time that anybody has heard from Jack Blazer. A former employee of Blazer has stated over the years that Blazer's disappearance was the results of foul play.
