This reporting agent was advised to investigate the disappearance of JOSHUA DAY, who went four-wheeling with two friends in the area of Ravens Point Road just outside of Tracy City, TN on the night of July 24, 2020. While other agencies and private citizens looked for JOSHUA DAY before this reporting agent's involvement, his four-wheeler was found approximately 50 yards off a riding trail next to a small campfire site. From statements made to this reporting agent, the four-wheeler would start and run but only for a couple of minutes before shutting off and no signs of JOSHUA DAY were located. The area has been canvassed by tracking/trailing K9's, cadaver K9's, volunteers, and aviation units.
