His phone last pinged early Tuesday morning in Yarmouth, MA around 4:30am. His abandoned car was reported to police on 7/12/2020 parked along side Black Pond Rd. in Wellfleet, MA, reportedly being there for a few days. His phone then pinged again around 2:30pm in Wellfleet, MA area on 7/13/2020.
