Summary
Charles Wilson set sail on his 25 foot sailboat from the Keehi Boat Harbor with the intent of moving his boat to the Waianae Boat Harbor. On 10-17-2007, the U.S. Coast Guard was conducting training exercises approximately 25 miles off the Waianae coast when they spotted Wilson's boat adrift. The Coast Guard boarded Wilson's boat however, no one was onboard and the sail was determined inoperable. A search of the area was conducted for Wilson however, he was never found.
