Lisa Tu was last seen in at her house on Deep Spring Dr. in Potomac, Maryland on July 14, 1988. Her common-law husband, Gregory Mung-Sen Tu, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for her homicide in 1992. Her remains have never been located.
