Summary
John was reported missing on 11/12/2019 but he was last heard from on 10/15/2019 when he left voice messages for family and friends. His truck was found abandoned on 11/01/2019 and impounded after sitting for nearly 2 weeks on a forest service road in rural Mason County near the High Steel Bridge. The truck contained John's identification card, wallet, pillow, blankets, clothes and video games. Missing from the truck was his backpack. The keys to the truck were in the ash tray. On 11/16/2019, Mason County Sheriff Office launched an exhaustive search and rescue mission with negative results.
