Ray was a crewman on a fishing vessel on 02/14/1985 when it was reported missing between Uganik Bay and Alitak Bay. He is missing with Shawn Heaney (MP #66821), Melvin Wick (MP #67035), Paul Rowe (MP #67034), and Sveinn Adalsteinsson (MP #67238). No debris from the boat or bodies have been found.
