Colin was last seen 6/19/2012 when he went kayaking/hiking down the Kikahe and Stikine River and never returned. He last checked in on his SPOT GPS locator on 06/22/2012 at 0800 hours. His pack and raft were recovered, and items belonging to Colin were found in the upper portion of the West Forks Katete River Area. Colin is believed to have overturned in his raft. Extensive searches were conducted, but were unsuccessful in locating him.
