Summary
Arturo was last seen by his wife about 7/13/2009 at their home in Valle, Az as he prepared to go to Mexico to visit his family. He was catching a ride with a friend (unknown who) from Valle to Phoenix and then either flying or taking a bus to Mexico. We have verification of his arrival at his family home in Mexico, but no record of him crossing back into the US after 7/13/2009. Based on credible interview statements from his family, he was kidnapped in El Molina, Zacatecas, MX and has not been heard from since by any family member.
