On 11-07-2017, officers were dispatched to case address reference a runaway. The mother advised that the juvenile asked to go to the park and never returned. The mother did not know where the juvenile may have gone. The family is primarily Spanish speaking and are in the states from Honduras. Rosa is purportedly staying with a boyfriend known only as "Anayel".
