Juan Sierra

Family last heard from Juan in mid-August when he was enroute to Washington State. He lives a homeless lifestyle and is known to ride trains. His backpack and personal items, including his phone, wallet, sleeping bag and ID were found in Stanfield, OR near the railroad tracks in November 2019.
