Cynthia Hubbard

Reporting party contacted police to report her sister, Cynthia Hubbard missing. RP resides in Coronado, CA and last had contact with Hubbard in 2015. No other friends or family members have seen or heard from Hubbard since then. Hubbard is transient in the Baltimore, Maryland area and may appear disoriented. Copies of the report has been forwarded to the Baltimore City Police Department and the Baltimore County Police on 10/16/2019 for further investigation.
